Marks & Spencer Bring Back the Bustle to the High Street!

We were delighted to have been chosen to provide architectural services for this exciting project.  The challenge here involved providing a clean modular style plan layout for M&S whilst also respecting the sensitive nature of the location here in Elgin's Town Centre Conservation Area.  Our design had to integrate with neighbouring properties, satisfy a double frontage requirement from both north and south, provide suitable, safe lorry access for deliveries all whilst providing a subtle modern twist in it's presentation.
